How do I cancel an insured’s policy?

If you need to cancel a policy, you can handle this directly within the District Cover platform. Simply navigate to the specific policy, click Terminate in the upper right-hand corner, and follow the prompts to enter the required details. Once confirmed, a cancellation notice will be automatically generated and sent to the sub producer for their records.
