How do I request an Agent/Broker of Record (BOR) change?

Email District Cover at help@districtcover.com.  

• Only allowed on renewals only
• Submit at least 10 days before renewal (minimum 5 days required)
• Provide signed ACORD 36 form

The current broker has 5 days to respond. If no rescinding BOR is received, the change is processed.

We will review your request, and once determined as acceptable, we will notify the incumbent broker that we received a BOR. We will not accept BORs from wholesaler producers to retail producers.
